Temp-to-Hire position$22.00 to $30.00 /hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available (Monday through Friday)Candidate will be responsible for manually moving parts through the painting, flashing and drying sections of the paint system.Candidate will be responsible for the entire paint process, including but not limited to Mixing paints and solvents according to manufacturer's specificationsCorrect operation of automated mixing equipmentApplication of liquid paint to meet specifications using electrostatic and traditional paint gunsAssuring that parts reside in the flashing and drying sections of the paint system for the specified time Inspection of work and correction to work as necessaryPeriodic cleaning/flushing of paint/solvent delivery systems as required Maintenance Department or as part of the paint work process.Candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the paint system and work area.Candidate will assist as needed in all areas of the paint line operation.Industrial Painter / Blaster Qualifications:
High School Diploma or EquivalentCandidate will be responsible for having maintenance of all paint system equipment accomplished as specifiedAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to perform strenuous repetitive work Ability to work while wearing a respirator and protective clothingMust pass pulmonary function test and respirator fit testShould possess an attention to detail and a desire to produce high-quality partsAbility to follow oral and written instructions - Self-starterApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
