Job Description
You will be responsible for preparing and applying paint or other coatings to create visual signage for industrial settings, commercial businesses, or public spaces. You will work in the warehouse and focus on large-scale signs, murals, and other painted surfaces that require specialized techniques and materials to ensure durability, legibility, and safety in high-traffic, outdoor, or industrial environments. Seventy-five percent of the position involves painting sign cabinets and sign poles, while the remaining twenty-five percent will be dedicated to painting the front of the signs. Candidates with experience in automotive painting are highly preferred.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and apply paint or other coatings to create visual signage.Work on large-scale signs, murals, and other painted surfaces.Ensure durability, legibility, and safety of painted surfaces in high-traffic, outdoor, or industrial environments.Paint sign cabinets and sign poles (75% of the job).Paint the front of the signs (25% of the job).Use specialized techniques and materials for painting.Maintain inventory count and prepare surfaces for painting.Essential Skills1-2 years of industrial or automotive painting experience.Experience with paint preparation, sanding, spray guns, and paint booths.Knowledge of automotive body and industrial paint techniques.Proficiency with Matthews paint, sandblasting, prepping, powder coating, and spray painting.Hands-on experience in automotive painting and detailing.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift up to 50+ pounds.Experience in mixing, coating, and using paint sprayers.Familiarity with sandblasting and auto body techniques.
Work Environment
This position is onsite at the warehouse, working primarily in a paint booth but also throughout the warehouse to retrieve products. The team consists of around 20-25 people. The dress code includes jeans, a T-shirt, and steel-toed boots. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 6am to 3pm.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
