Responsible for painting telecommunication products ensuring that the highest possible standards for quality and customer satisfaction are achieved. Directly responsible for the entire painting operation by establishing procedures, controlling customers' inventory, and meeting production deadlines.

Prepare and paint telecommunication products (phone housings and headsets) according to product specifications, quality and performance standards and production schedules. Keep painting equipment in working condition through daily cleaning and maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Includes all equipment related to the painting process (i.e. spray guns and air compressor). Ensure compliance with all fire codes including storage and mixing limits. Ensure compliance with hazardous material disposal regulations. Comply with safety rules as required to minimize health risks and the effect of painting on the work environment. Monitor and maintain inventory and supplies in the paint department. Track inventory owned by customers for pre-and post-processing quantity continuity. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities of the job (minimum) Knowledge of paint application equipment including spray guns and air compressors Paint application knowledge and the ability to apply the paint mixture to phone parts such that the painting is not obvious and it adheres to the parts. No streaks, runs, or “orange peeling”. Knowledge of chemical, fire, and hazard regulations Good communication skills Good hand and eye coordinationEducation /Experience Requirements:
