As a Plant Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the plant, ensuring that the plant is running smoothly and efficiently. Essential job functions may include:

Leading and Driving all operation activities to ensure consistent levels of production are achievedProvide vision and direction for the entire facility in order to ensue current and future successEnsure the facility attains/exceeds key performance measures and maximizes profitability by developing and communicating clear expectations and providing required resources and guidance as necessaryDeliver cost and performance targets; complete projects & assignments on-time, and according to planDrives continuous improvements in key areas, such as: Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost & Customer Service, while developing direct reportsImproves upon the capabilities of all plant personnel by driving positive employee relations and delivers sustainable resultsIdentifies and eliminates potential sources of food safety risk

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate May Have:

Bachelors degree preferred or 3-5 years equivalent work experienceStrong knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulationsMechanical aptitudeKnowledge of OSHA regulationsProficient using Microsoft Office ProgramsStrong Leadership skills
