Schedule = 1st shift (6a-4:30p M-F)

Pay = $22/hour

Duration = 6 months+ (Temp to hire) 

As a Industrial Painter, you will read/follow standard work, BOM’s, blueprints, routings, specifications and other diagrams/instructions in order to paint parts and equipment in an accurate and timely fashion.

Additional Job Responsibilities Include:

Prep parts using of sandblaster, hand sanding tools, and other methods

Follows piping diagrams or other instructions to connect hydraulic/pneumatic hosing or piping accurately and timely

Application of industrial primer & paint using a pressure pot spray system or gravity fed spray gun

Application of two part corrosion resistant undercoating

Handle material, tools and equipment manually or with jib crane, performing own hitching as required

Clean, touchup, and final inspection of finished railcar mover before shipment

What We’re Looking For

3-5+ years of industrial painting experience (custom or production paint shop preferred)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Knowledge and use of hand and inspection tools - including ability to read a tape measure.

High school diploma/GED

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
