Industrial Programming Engineer
Industry 4.0 Technology Implementation: o Participate in the design, development, and implementation of smart manufacturing solutions using IoT, AI, machine learning, and robotics. o Assist in integrating advanced automation systems and ensuring seamless communication between machines, systems, and processes.    Data Analytics and Process Optimization: o Learn to utilize data analytics to monitor and optimize manufacturing processes. o Support the development of predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability. o Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing data-driven solutions.  Digital Transformation Projects: o Contribute to digital transformation projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing capabilities. o Assist in implementing digital twin technology to simulate and optimize production processes. o Support the adoption of advanced manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.    Collaboration and Training: o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, IT, and R&D, to implement Industry 4.0 initiatives. o Participate in training sessions and workshops on new technologies and processes. o Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.  Compliance and Safety: o Ensure all Industry 4.0 implementations comply with relevant safety standards and regulations. o Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures for new technologies and processes.   Strong interest in Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, machine learning, robotics,
and data analytics.
 Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
 Familiarity with automation systems, PLCs, SCADA, and MES is a plus.
