The Opportunity
As an Industrial Receiving Coordinator with Tradebe, this candidate will facilitate logistics by ensuring accurate documentation, team communication, inventory oversight, and issue resolution for the Technical Services team. This position will report directly to the Technical Services Operations manager at the site in Milwaukee, WI.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure seamless upload of TS paperwork from Compass, keeping records accurate and up to date. Stay in sync with the CER group by promptly updating sales orders after LTL/FTL drum pickups. Efficiently complete First Sets Receiving in FIORI for smooth processing. Support transloading operations by facilitating the seamless transfer of containers from inbound to outbound. Verify and maintain accurate container counts to ensure precise inventory tracking. Play a key role in managing drum inventory, keeping stock levels optimized. Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service teams to quickly resolve any discrepancies. Contribute to service center efficiency by assisting with inspections and detailed reporting. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experience Experience entering large amounts of data Ability to work independently with little to minimal supervision Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts Ability to read, understand, and apply common operational documents, SOP’s, and training modules, are required. DOT knowledge SAP experience a plus. Forklift experience preferred. Inventory management preferred.
