Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs to ensure observance of local, national, and international laws.Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify potential hazards and resolve mitigation strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently implement safety measures in all operational processes.Provide training and support to employees to foster a culture of safety and inclusion.Perform regular safety audits and inspections to ensure the maintenance of special safety standards.Investigate incidents and accidents to resolve root causes and develop corrective actions.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve safety protocols.Prepare detailed reports and documentation of safety activities and incidents for internal and external review.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven experience in developing and implementing safety programs in an industrial setting.Strong knowledge of local, national, and international safety regulations.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and collaborators.Excellent communication and training skills.Certifications in safety management (e.g., CSP, CIH) are highly desirable.Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English is required.
