Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in concrete and industrial sales? Stebbins is seeking an entry-level to mid-level Industrial Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Sales and Account Management:

Achieve sales targets within specified profit margins.
Manage your territory efficiently, ensuring full geographical coverage.
Develop and implement sales action plans for targeted accounts.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Michigan market.
Client Interaction:

Maintain and grow client relationships through regular on-site visits.
Provide technical application support and consult on process needs.
Develop demand for our products through service and technical specifications.
Product and Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on current product offerings and market trends.
Promote projects by developing engineering specifications and contractor applications.

Communication and Coordination:

Coordinate with internal teams to communicate business information and identify new product opportunities.
Maintain open communication with external teams to support sales efforts.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Experience in industrial sales, particularly within industries like petrochemical, chemical, pulp and paper, or civil engineering masonry and concrete projects.
College education preferred but not required.
Strong customer management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to travel up to 50% locally, with potential overnight travel.
Valid state driver's license required; company vehicle provided.
Must pass a criminal background check, including driving record review.
TWIC card preferred; assistance provided if needed.
