Industrial Sales Representative – Bulk Conveyor Components

We are working with a global leader in the design and manufacturing of bulk material handling components to identify an Industrial Sales Representative/Territory Manager for the province of Saskatchewan. This is a home-based position that reports to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities within the region.
Responsibilities:Achieve or exceed annual sales revenue targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing customer base, while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the territory.Develop and implement both short- and long-term sales strategies.Adapt and pivot strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.Analyze sales data to identify and apply the most efficient sales methods.Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with customers to address concerns and offer solutions.Establish and maintain positive, long-term business relationships throughout Saskatchewan.Present the company’s products to current and prospective clients, clearly communicating product differentiators and value propositions.Collaborate with Distributors, assisting them in developing go-to-market and marketing strategies for the company’s products.Train Distributor sales teams on bulk material handling conveyor components to ensure product knowledge.Work closely with the Sales Director and Sales Manager to ensure OEMs and engineering firms fully understand the company’s product offerings and customization options.Participate in industry events and promotional activities (e.g., trade shows) as needed.Meet or exceed performance expectations, aligning with annual KPIs set by the organization.Monitor competitors and report findings to Senior Management.Prepare and submit annual budgets and monthly reports to Sales Leadership as requested.
Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of sales or customer service experience in industrial sales. Preference given to those with material handling systems sales or maintenance experienceStrong mechanical aptitude or technical background.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Deep commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Team-oriented mindset focused on achieving high performance.Self-driven with a strong ability to evaluate situations and independently solve problems.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficient in computer use and organizational skills.Energetic, positive attitude with a strong desire to continually develop new skills.Year 1 comp $90 - $95 K.
