As an Industrial Services Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a client base of industrial customers. This role requires significant business development experience in the industrial services field. This is a direct-hire opportunity.
What We Offer Competitive Pay Base + Commission Pay Structure Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible) Major Medical Coverage, including dental and vision 401k 401k matching Paid Holidays (7) Paid time off Car allowance Opportunity for advancement What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent College degree (preferred) 1+ year of related sales experience in the industrial services sector Fluent English Driver License required Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Salesforce, and estimating software is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate a motivated, professional attitude in all interactions What You’ll Do as an Industrial Services Sales Representative Develop and maintain customer accounts, fostering long-term relationships Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Maintain consistent communication and promote the company’s services Provide expert consultation on roofing systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards Coordinate and participate in trade shows, expos, and marketing events to grow market share Generate leads for reroofing projects through cold calls, referrals, account management, and networking Leverage Salesforce CRM daily to manage accounts, schedule activities, and track sales-related efforts Utilize BOX to document roof conditions and support the creation of reroofing proposals Attend sales meetings, trainings, and manufacturer seminars to continue education and stay updated on industry trends Assess and estimate existing roof conditions, including core cuts when applicable Provide necessary project information and support to the operations team. Assist with account-related receivables as directed by management
