Industrial Security Admin Job Category: Security Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None * * * **The Opportunity:** CACI is looking for an Industrial Security Administrator to join our team of passionate security professionals in our Reston HQ office. You will be a key contributor to the security team and will assist in administering and implementing collateral level security programs and sensitive compartmented information programs for a CACI company. You'll be well versed in administering routine aspects of the DOD, Intelligence, and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. You should be able to build high-trust partnerships with management and other security team members, while being energetic, detail oriented, analytical, and self-starting **Responsibilities:** You will report to the Security Manager: Follow the NISPOM, ICD, and other government regulations, to administer routine aspects of the DOD, Intelligence, and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Your duties include support to both collateral level security programs and sensitive compartmented information programs. Primary duties include: + Process and maintain program personnel clearance crossovers, initial submission, reinvestigations and badge renewals. + Conduct security briefings and conduct security education programs briefings. + Investigate losses and security violations and recommend corrective actions. + Maintain files for customers and audits. + This position is also responsible for preparation of visit authorization letters (VALs), and coordination of cleared visitors including validating clearances. + Protect classified government information, monitor security procedures, ensuring compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical and administrative security systems and procedures. + Maintaining an accurate and updated Fixed Facility Checklist and accreditation letters, alarm maintenance, certification documentation and testing, construction security plans and customer coordination and approval for modifications. + Train staff identified for open/close access and maintain records. + Create Post Orders consistent with the accreditation requirements and company policy for the Uniformed Security Guard force, review activity logs and ensure compliance. + Program alarm system with user information and keep updated as individuals leave, change door and safe combinations as needed due to staff turnover and maintain record of combinations. + Respond to facility alarms, as needed (when applicable). + Make program employee badges for site access (when applicable). + Maintain classified storage and audits of documents. + Conduct bi-annual self-inspections. + Interface directly with program management to address security items specific to each program/contract. + Have the ability and flexibility to move from one task to another and to be available for a variety of tasks as the need arises. **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + U.S. citizenship and minimum active Secret Clearance. ( _Top Secret preferred with the ability to obtain SCI access)_ + Must possess practical knowledge of and experience with NISS and DISS NBIS. + Must have previous industrial security experience and knowledge of the 32 CFR 117 (NISPOM) + Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally with all levels of staff and outside personnel. + Must have experience in the U.S. Government, DoD, Intelligence, or contractor community in security administration. + Excellent written and oral communication and teamwork skills. + Self-starter able to take initiative within a fast-paced, agile environment. + Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. + Well organized and confident to work independently but be a strong team player. + Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and multi-task on a variety of initiatives. + Must be self-motivated and results-oriented. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of Security/Office Management work experience. _Desired:_ + Completed FSO Training for Possessing Facilities in CDSE + Completion of additional CDSE correspondence courses would be a plus. + Have experience with personnel/facility security, document, and visitor control. - ______________________________________________________________________________ **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
