The Industrial Security Analyst – Level 3 will support multiple programs under our Launch Vehicles Business Unit as it relates to all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements. The individual selected for this position will provide multi-faceted security support to the business unit and will report directly to the Facility Security Officer. This position seeks a proactive, experienced program security officer to assist with the execution of diverse program security requirements and management of DoD SAPF and SCIF environments and maintain compliance with all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements. In this position, you will be supporting a fast-paced, high-profile program using superb customer service skills to maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers.
In this job, you will:
Manage SAPs and associated DoD SAPFs based on experience and knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC, COMSEC, etc.)Serve as the Contractor Program Security OfficerConduct indoctrinations and debriefs of classified program personnelMaintain security database applications: JADE, SIMS, DISSProcess mandatory self-reporting from program personnel to various customersMust be detail-oriented, have meticulous record-keeping, and will be responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheetsReview, track, and monitor security clearance processing activities with appropriate government personnel to efficiently complete appropriate clearance actionsProcess classified visit requests and orchestrates classified visits/meetings. Administer security education classes and related briefingsAnalyze, investigate, and resolve classified security issues while providing program security leadership and guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers on actions(s) to be taken to ensure compliance with the classified security program. Investigate and document security violationsInformation Security: accountability, transmission, marking, reproduction, and disposition of classified informationMonitors security procedures; ensures compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical, and administrative security proceduresSafeguard classified documents, review Security Classification Guides, and ensure compliance with protection requirementsAssist with on-site inspections/assessments required by government regulationsBe willing to travel for short durations, supporting CONUS and OCONUS courier operationsSupport fast-paced, high-profile programsCreate, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customersDevelop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipmentRoutinely support new business pursuits and classified solicitation activitiesOther duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3+ years of professional experienceWill consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degreeWillingness to take a Polygraph.Must be able to implement the 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule, DODM 5205.07 SAP Manuals volumes 1-4, DODM 5105.21 volumes 1-3Familiarity with the following: ICD 705, ICD 704, and ICD 503.Experience shall include direct program security experience within the DoD and IC community.Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SAP/SCI approvals/accessesPreferred Qualifications:

Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
