Effectively execute GFL Environmental Services company sales strategy, growing wallet share with existing customers and developing new business opportunities.Work in close partnership with GFL Branch Managers, Project Managers and Directors to achieve overall business growth targets.High touchpoints with customers and prospects to increase wallet share, developing network within accounts and prospects to increase awareness of GFL FS capabilities.Develop strong, collaborative relationships with local branches. Pushing back on operations as needed. Elevate obstacles with urgency and bias-to-action.Analyze customer needs and present solutions utilizing a thorough understanding of our diverse service offerings.Represent company at conferences, trade shows, and industry organizations with the assigned territory.Utilize GFL CRM tools, market analysis and other intelligence, monitor territory sales progress and adapt approached to optimize sales effectiveness.Ensure exemplary customer satisfaction and act as a liaison between customer and operational teams.Provide market intelligence regarding competitors and pricing strategies.Formulate business plans and strategies to meet business development targets.Other duties as assignedWhat's required:
Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution of higher learning or equivalent experience that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties of the position.5+ years relevant experience in the specialized environmental services field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively to achieve business goals.Excellent listening, consultation, negotiation, presentation and follow up skills.Ability to travel within local territory with occasional overnight travel.Must possess a valid driver’s license and be authorized to work in the U.S.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and physical exam.Join us and become part of "Team Green" at GFL Environmental, where your skills and dedication will be valued and rewarded.
