Our client, a prominent apparel manufacturing company, is seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator to join their team in Orange, CA. This role involves setting up and operating Barudan embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered designs on various materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Barudan embroidery machines, ensuring precise stitch placement, accurate thread colors, and superior design quality.Properly hoop garments and materials to ensure correct embroidery placement and prevent fabric distortion.Load and secure materials onto embroidery frames, ensuring stability for optimal stitching.Thread needles, change bobbins, and adjust thread tension to maintain optimal machine performance.Monitor production to ensure designs are stitched accurately, checking for thread breaks, alignment issues, or misregistration.Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure accuracy, consistency, and durability.Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues, including thread breaks, tension adjustments, and sensor errors.Maintain an organized workspace and manage embroidery supplies, such as thread, stabilizers, bobbins, and needles.Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a safe and productive working environment.

Requirements:

Experience operating Barudan embroidery machines is required.High school diploma or equivalent.Strong understanding of hooping techniques for various fabric types and garment styles.Ability to efficiently thread needles, change bobbins, and adjust thread tension.Knowledge of different types of embroidery backing/stabilizers and their appropriate applications.Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality production.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $18.00 to $22.00Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm.
