As a Technical Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering essential training within the Service Market Industrial North Europe, which covers the Nordics and Benelux regions
 

Main activities and responsibilities Present the features and benefits of Volvo Penta products & services to our Business Partners & Customers/OEMs by training them on our product capabilities Support Business Partner trainers and competence target groups in their continuous development paths  Transfer the knowledge (Face to Face and/or Virtual) and increase the competences of our network and our Service Market employees  Contribute to developing training material (Face to Face, Digital, e-learning, videos etc)  Map, follow up and evaluate competence and handle the training calendar  Secure infrastructure for trainings conducted (Tools, equipment, handouts etc.)  What can we offer?

You’ll be part of the Industrial team, working closely with colleagues in Market Unit North Europe and Volvo Penta’s Competence Development at HQ.

Required knowledge, experience:

 

Technical background  Experienced in and interested in coaching and competence development  Language skills are highly appreciated  Communication and presentation/online facilitation skills  Supporter of Digitalization
