**Job Title: Industrial Technician/PLC Technician** **Job Description** **Shift: 1st shift 7:00am-3:00pm Monday through Friday** **Pay Rate: $35.00-$40.00/hour** We are seeking a skilled PLC Technician who will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading various electrical and mechanical systems in our plant. The ideal candidate will have experience with PLC's and electrical/mechanical repairs. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade PLCs using vendor platform systems such as Siemens, Rexroth, etc. + Assist in project management and implementation of new control systems, upgrades, and equipment. + Replace faulty switches and other elements of electrical and mechanical systems. + Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective parts such as gears, brushes, and armatures. + Install, repair, overhaul, modify, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery. + Diagnose and repair or replace faulty electrical, electronic, and mechanical components throughout the plant. + Maintain plant power distribution systems, perform preventive maintenance, and install wiring, conduit, and apparatus. **Essential Skills** + Experience with Siemens PLCs and programming. + Strong maintenance skills in electrical and mechanical systems. + Ability to troubleshoot and repair gears and switches. + Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical components. + Project management experience. + Experience with AutoCAD. + Associates degree in electronic or electrical technology or equivalent experience. + 5 years of progressively responsible journey-level experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment and machinery, including PLC-based systems, servo motors, and drives. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and career progression.
