Comply with process standards according to the requirements of the Quality Systems and Customer Specific Requirements. Review local process and continue improving it. Innovative strategies deployment by applying the Harman Production System philosophy.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and update Engineering procedures and manuals for standards (such as ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO 45001, VDA 6.3, customer specific requirements, Harman internal requirements etc.).Supports the continuous improvement of the Engineering processes.Coordinate the implementation of improvement actions in Engineering.Train Engineering personnel in Quality Systems topics.Support the Problem-Solving Process.Basic Qualifications:
Completed Degree in Industrial engineering, electronic or mechatronics.Desired experience in industrial product manufacturing environment.English 70%, Problem Solving and Continuous improvement skillsKnowledge of Quality Systems (IATF16949 and ISO9001)Competent moderator, ability to convince, organization and presentation skills.Project planning and Project management skillsComputer Skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power PointLeadership.Change Orientation.Collaboration.Judgment.Result Driven.HARMAN is proud to be an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
