Job Summary
Plans and directs all onsite activities for one IWP customer (including multiple sites for the customer) in relation to the dewatering and thermal drying of industrial sludges and the recovery of reclaimable commodities. Follows WM established EH&S policies and procedures and applicable federal, state & local regulations. Manages and plans activities of onsite personnel including multiple shifts for 24/7 operations and events. Acts as liaison between client and vendors in relation to service issues, scheduling, and contract management. Maintains pre-established standards for safety and environmental issues.

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
TWIC card or the ability to obtain one prior to starting. Valid Driver's License and clean driving record. 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of starting Pre-assignment and/or pre-hire customer-specific drug and/or alcohol testing may be required by certain customer-contract requirements. Such testing may include urinalysis, oral swab, drug hair follicle testing and/or alcohol testing.C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

The expected base pay range for this [office/on-site or hybrid] position is $72,270 - $100, 300. This range
represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
