Responsibilities:
Refine and build domain artifacts (case studies, Industry / domain capability packs etc.) for the identified priority sectors by working along with Sales/Presales/Marketing/Delivery teams
Work with Marketing, Sales and Account Teams on sales campaigns, new deal discussions, and ensure domain expertise on our responses to customers
Lead customer discussions on new proposals, solution scoping etc. and proven experience in taking proposals to positive closure
Drive thought leadership on the domains (and make it visible through Qualitest portals, external forums etc.)
Build domain capability within sectors and accounts. Plan and execute domain upskilling program for the teams
Provide domain expertise to delivery teams, wherever required throughout the SDLC
Required Experience:
12+ years of strong delivery experience, preferably in Quality Engineering Industry/Domain expertise in at least one of the following sectors: BFSI, Media & Entertainment, Education Services, Healthcare, Technology, Retail & Consumer Goods. Preferably an SME known to the industry (do not need people with only sales experience)Last 8-10 years should be in the same industry segment, with one or multiple customers Expertise in creating customer facing presentations, capability decks and case studies Should be experienced in solutioning and driving deals (upsell/cross sell) to closure Need people experienced in Tier-1 IT services organizations
