INFANT MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM MANAGER

SCO is seeking an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECHMH) professional to lead the Wonder with Me program, an initiative that spans multiple departments. The IMH Program Manager will be responsible for delivering essential IECHMH programming and training to staff and families, bringing specialized expertise in Infant Mental Health. This role requires effective communication of IMH principles to diverse audiences, collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to foster enthusiasm for IMH. The ideal candidate will be a creative and flexible thinker who is trauma-informed and works from an anti-racist perspective. (License Required, Clinical license preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead trainings related to Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health for both staff and community members. Facilitate dyadic groups that engage young children and their caregivers. Provide ongoing reflective consultation to programs across the agency. Consult on child-specific cases as needed. Model best practices in working with young children and their families. Organize events to introduce Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health to staff and communities. Collaborate with various SCO departments to enhance the impact of the Wonder With Me program. Manage the Wonder With Me program budget. Coordinate with external agencies to support program initiatives. Document progress and outcomes for funders. Work alongside the training department to integrate an IMH lens into all trainings. Provide reflective supervision to staff. Maintain a small caseload of therapeutic supports for young children.
