Position Summary:

As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, fostering the growth and development of infants and toddlers in our full-day, full-year program. Your role goes beyond caregiving; it’s about building strong, meaningful connections with parents and their little ones, strengthening the bond between them. You’ll collaborate with families to curate a responsive curriculum and create a classroom environment where curiosity and growth thrive.

Requirements:

Minimum of an Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA) or a comparable credential. Don’t have one yet? No worries – we’re committed to helping you obtain it within one year from your hire date, with all costs covered by DCP. Experience working with infants and toddlers in a classroom environment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Must be able to pass a background check.
