Influencer Marketing Associate Manager
As the Influencer Marketing Associate Manager, you will lead the execution of influencer campaigns. You will support building influencer programs and partnerships grounded in human and cultural insights, data analysis, and social media trends. With your enthusiasm for and knowledge of influencer marketing, you will collaborate with internal partners and external agencies to deliver on marketing and business goals. In this role you will need a solution-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail and be a skilled communicator.
This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
What you’ll doLead the execution of core influencer campaigns from start to finish, managing deliverables within timeline and budget.Facilitate all work with internal and external teams, including campaign briefing, selecting/vetting influencers, content reviews/approvals, and campaign reporting. Build relationships with partners and proactively guide how best to use influencer marketing to meet business goals.Define and track KPIs and benchmarks to measure campaign success and share campaign recaps and key learnings with business partners.Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, platform advancements, and legal standards, and incorporate findings to maximize future campaign effectiveness.
Basic qualifications5 years prior experience in influencer, social, and/or content marketing (e.g., influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, or social media programs)3 years indirect or direct people leadership and/or management experience Project coordination skills including rigorous attention to detail and organizationStrong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Marketing or campaign management experience in marketing agency or corporate marketing setting Experience with social media platforms: TikTok, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), YouTube Experience working with influencer and affiliate marketing software toolsComfortable in fast-paced industry, with ability to make real-time adjustments as needed. Approaches challenges with solution-orientated mindset
