Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Job Description: Job Profile: Influencer Marketing Coordinator Department: Marketing FLSA: Exempt Seeking a social media professional to manage and monitor the day-to-day tasks of influencer marketing. Ideal candidates are extremely organized, detail-driven, and possess the ability to quickly pivot and solve problems. Reporting Relations: Accountable and Reports to: Influencer Marketing Manager Direct Reports: None Primary Duties and Responsibilities: + Uses software to discover influencers who align with Hy-Vee’s brand. + Reviews influencers and makes recommendations for campaigns. + Assists with routing projects through approval processes. + Maintains an up-to-date influencer contact list. + Works with the store teams to communicate influencer plans as needed. + Ensures content is posted on time and free of errors. + Creates and monitors trackable links for contracted influencers. + Maintains content calendar and status sheet for campaigns. + Works in influencer software to streamline campaigns and organize details. + Provides recommendations for influencers and content creators to the organic social team. + Works cross-functionally with the social, Seasons, brand management, and RedMedia teams as needed. + Assists with data collection for reporting. Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: + Helps support creator program and day-to-day activities. + Prepare various reports as assigned. + Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics: + Commitment to the Hy-Vee Mission and a willingness to promote the values of the company. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to relate to and interact with other people in a friendly, professional manner. + Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills + Ability to interact with advanced computer systems, including schedule management and presentation production applications, as well as job-specific programs. Education and Experience: + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or related field. + 1-3 years previous related work experience preferred. + Understanding of social media platforms is required. Physical Requirements: + Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near and far range with or without correction, normal depth perceptions. + Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking. + Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
