About the Role
We are seeking an Influencers Relationship Manager to
join our Social Media team! In this role, you will be the bridge between our
company and high-level online influencers with the purpose of enhancing and expanding
brand’s voice through influencer marketing tactics.
You will be joining a solid Influencer Marketing Program
built and nurtured in house by the Bitdefender Social Media team (7-year-old
legacy). You will craft effective online influencer marketing strategies and
foster strong connections with global online influencers.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the
enhancement of the existing Influencer Marketing strategy and activity
plan addressing all business stakeholders. This will contribute to the
overall Brand and Product Communication. Regions in focus: English
speaking countries: (USA, UK, CA, Australia).
Use the appropriate tools
to find, contact and maintain a good relationship with the online influencers
from selected regions relevant to the company communication purposes
(proactive approach).
Create dedicated briefs
for each type of campaign, bearing in mind the business objectives and the
influencers’ profiles.
Collaborate with internal
teams to support the influencer for the content creation and review
influencer content to ensure compliance with company and brand policies. Respond
to influencers' requests, identify and amplify new growth opportunities.
When needed (based on the
campaign objective), engage with key influencers on social channels or
offline, at specific events.
Track, analyze and report
on monthly performance for the overall Bitdefender Influencer Marketing
Program.
Liaise with Product,
Digital, Research, Sales and Brand teams to embark product milestones (or
launches), branding initiatives and other requirements & messages in
the plan.
Research and monitor
competitors’ activity to grow further the Bitdefender Influencer
Relationship Program.
Requirements and skills:
Excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to
collaborate effectively with influencers and internal teams.
Background
in working with YouTube, Instagram and Tik Tok influencers is a bonus.
Exceptional
negotiation skills with a history of securing advantageous agreements.
Ability
to track and measure the success of influencer campaigns.
Strong
analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven
decisions to optimize partnership performance.
Proficiency
in high-level English, both spoken and written.
