Info System Analyst - Treasury TMS

The Treasury TMS Info System Analyst role in corporate technology is a critical function. The team is responsible for requirements documentation, project delivery, program management, domain knowledge, and collaboration with all teams involved in the software development lifecycle. This role will be focused heavily on the build out of our Corporate Treasury Systems.



Key Responsibilities and Duties

Implement and set up processes, jobs, services, dashboards, parsers in IT2 (bank statements, EFT parsers, SWIFT messages, Payment rail methods, etc.)

Partner with teams dispersed in multiple locations (different states, time zones, countries, etc.) and multiple vendors and banks partners.

Lead day to day troubleshooting in IT2 TMS system with complex dependencies with multiple teams (banks, vendors, BBG, shared service, IT, Business Partners) and systems.

Prepare ad-hoc presentations to communicate status & milestones on all treasury initiatives to executive management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Required

3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

Experience developing functional and technical requirements for IT2 Treasury Management SystemExperience supporting financial applications.Experience with Project Management

Demonstrated project management skills, through prior full-time work experience Ability to work under ambiguity and independently prioritize assignments/projects with a high sense of urgency -Ability to communicate effectively including to internal and external partners and executive management - Highly developed presentation and communication skills - Highly developed analytical skills in Excel - Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork - Ability to work in broad cross functional team(s)

Base Pay Range: $87,600/yr. - $138,900/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
