Montefiore IT is actively recruiting talented professionals for our Infor ERP Finance and Supply Chain Management technology team. Following our recent implementation of Infor FSM, we are building a dedicated team to provide comprehensive support throughout the lifecycle of this essential module.

 

The Infor ERP Training Manager will establish the training environment, schedules, policies, and objectives. They will ensure training materials are developed using evidence-based practices and adult learning principles. Working with departmental leadership, the Training Manager will ensure the Infor ERP solution training meets end-user requirements. This role includes coordinating, administering, facilitating, and evaluating role-specific curriculum and continuing education for associates. The Training Manager may also develop training for specific Infor ERP applications. They provide outstanding client service and contribute to improving patient care through information technology.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Training Environment Strategy:

Assist in developing a training environment strategy, including coordinating environments and schedules.

Team Management:

Plan work, delegate tasks, and provide support. Oversee resource allocation and performance management. Mentor team members and ensure professional development. Make staffing decisions

Program Scheduling:

Develop and manage training schedules. Ensure appropriate setup of training rooms and equipment. Communicate schedules and training registration to department managers. Determine curriculum delivery methods (instructor-led, e-learning, or a combination). Ensure users are trained before accessing the production environment. Communicate required training to Operations management and keep users informed.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

Assist in developing performance metrics and contribute to internal progress reports.

Training Coordination:

Coordinate training environment, materials, tasks, and milestones. Standardize templates for lesson plans and other training materials. Design and develop training for specific Infor applications. Train and credential additional classroom trainers.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience with adult education and instructional design methods. Minimum of at least 1 full lifecycle ERP implementation experience as a Training Manager of an ERP Solution (preferably INFOR ERP Solution). Experience with training implementation and delivery. Management experience required. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and e-learning software. Experience analyzing and interpreting training needs. Project management experience. Experience with presentation and facilitation. Strong organizational, interpersonal, motivational, and analytical skills.
