Infor Project Manager
CTG is seeking an experienced Infor Project Manager with expertise in multi-tenant environments and the Human Resources module to help deploy Infor for our healthcare client. This role requires an understanding of the unique challenges faced in healthcare and the ability to deliver technology-driven solutions that meet the needs of both our workforce and our patients. The Infor Project Manager will be responsible for the successful management and implementation of Infor ERP solutions within a healthcare environment. This includes overseeing the Human Resources module, managing multi-tenant environments, and working closely with HR, IT, and clinical stakeholders. You will lead projects aimed at optimizing HR processes, improving workforce management, and ensuring that Infor solutions align with healthcare-specific requirements. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership and Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Infor ERP implementations, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and organizational goals. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring that all deliverables are met, and stakeholders are kept informed of progress. Coordinate project teams across various departments (HR, IT, Clinical) to ensure seamless execution of Infor solutions. Multi-Tenant Environment Management: Oversee Infor projects in a multi-tenant environment, ensuring the platform supports multiple healthcare facilities or departments with optimal performance, security, and scalability. Ensure data privacy and security regulations, such as HIPAA, are adhered to in the multi-tenant setup, especially for sensitive employee data. Human Resources Module Expertise: Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Infor Human Resources module for healthcare-specific needs (e.g., workforce management, payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and compliance with healthcare regulations). Work closely with HR and healthcare leadership to ensure that the HR module is fully aligned with staffing needs, recruitment processes, talent management, and employee retention strategies. Healthcare-Specific Customization: Understand the unique HR needs of healthcare providers, including shift management, union rules, licensing/certification tracking, and regulatory compliance. Ensure that Infor HR solutions are tailored to meet the challenges of the healthcare industry, including 24/7 staffing, credentialing, and managing diverse job roles. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including HR leaders, IT teams, department heads, and external vendors. Provide regular updates to executive leadership on project status, risks, and milestones. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project scope and deliverables. Experience & Knowledge: Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience working with Infor ERP solutions, with a specific focus on multi-tenant environments and the Human Resources module. Deep understanding of Infor’s HR capabilities and previous experience leading the deployment of Infor. Previous experience leading the deployment of Infor within a Healthcare provider. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in large-scale ERP implementations. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Infor’s multi-tenant architecture and cloud solutions. Knowledge of Infor ION (integration) and Infor CloudSuite is highly preferred. Experience with Infor HCM (Human Capital Management) and other relevant HR modules. Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare-specific HR challenges, including union regulations, credentialing, licensing, and compliance. Understanding of healthcare workforce needs, including shift scheduling, pay structure, and employee retention strategies. Project Management Skills: PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications preferred. Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical teams and business leaders. Infor Certifications or HRIS-related certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI). Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
