CGI is Seeking a Sr. Data Architect/Engineer with expertise and hands-on experience with Informatica’s C360 and R360 to lead the design and implementation of key customer master data management solutions which directly impact the client's customer engagement strategies.
This role is located at a client site in either Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX. A hybrid working model is acceptable.
• Review the scope of Customer Master Data subject and understand and/or clarify specific foundational as well as ‘nice to have’ requirements
• Review entity, attribute, and hierarchy list and deliver the design recommendations for C360 data, modeling design and development.
• Review C360 architecture landscape and provide best practices/feedback for implementation specific to the client’s needs
• Deliver Ingress/CDI/API process design with client preferred design patterns
• Deliver Egress/CDI/API process design with client recommended design patterns
• Design and deliver the best practices for Data Quality, Match and merge and survivorship functionality, and Data Enrichment for C360
• Design and deliver the C360 and R360 workflows/CAI/API components
• Work with client administrators to setup secure agent , network configuration, SSO setup and user provisioning
• Design and deliver user roles definitions
• Participate in overall solutioning and design
• Lead the technical implementation of the project
• Conduct reviews and health checks for the sprint deliverables, Conduct/demo C360 capabilities to project/business team
• Extensive hands-on experience with design and implementation of large enterprise-scale MDM and RDM solutions (5+ years)
• Expert level hands-on experience with Informatica C360 – At least 2 successful implementations (5+ years)
• Hands-on experience with CDI and developing API components using Informatica IDMC/IICS API capabilities (2+ years)
• Extensive experience in a variety of ‘data management roles including data architect, database designer, and data engineer
• Hands-on experience with cloud technology and application development, specifically AWS
• Proficiency in Python and Spark for data processing and manipulation.
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging queues for data ingestion and integration.
• Strong SQL skills for database querying and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for data management, data analytics and pipeline creation (nice to have)
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
• Ability to abstract and transform data to meet business requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines.
Communication and Collaboration:
• Excellent communication (verbal and written and presentation) skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to document processes and frameworks clearly for future reference.
