Work you'll do/Responsibilities
+ ETL Development and Management: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
+ Data Exchange (DX): Implement and manage data exchange solutions to facilitate seamless data transfer between systems and partners.
+ Data Transformation (DT): Develop and manage data transformation processes to ensure data is accurately converted and formatted for various business needs.
+ Managed File Transfer (MFT): Oversee and manage secure file transfer processes using Informatica MFT, ensuring data integrity and security.
+ B2B Data Integration: Implement and manage B2B data integration solutions to support business-to-business data exchanges and transactions.
+ Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize the performance of ETL, DX, DT, MFT, and B2B processes to ensure efficient data flow and processing.
+ Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to data integration and file transfer processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
+ Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data integration processes, configurations, and changes.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective data integration solutions.
+ Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

AM&I is composed of three different areas- Service Delivery & Business Design, Application Modernization & Migration and Quality Engineering.
Qualifications
Required
+ 7 years of experience with Informatica Power Center Development
+ Experience with ETL Development, Data Exchange, Data Transformation, Managed File Transfer
+ Experience with B2B Data Integration, Performance Tuning, Troubleshooting and Documentation
+ Experience with Health EDI X12
+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
+ Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

+ Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
+ Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
+ Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
+ Excellent Written and Communication Skills
+ Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
