As our Informatics RN at St. Vincent, you will help patient care staff and leadership implement and maintain clinical IT systems to enhance patient care and streamline operations.
Every day you will collaborate with clinical teams and IT to ensure effective use of technology in patient care. You will be expected to manage projects, provide leadership in clinical informatics, and ensure system upgrades and maintenance are aligned with nursing best practices.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in nursing informatics, project management, and a deep understanding of clinical documentation and IT systems.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership in planning, designing, and maintaining clinical IT systemsManage clinical system projects and lead teams in improvement initiativesCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure system consistency with nursing standardsMonitor project timelines, resources, and submit status reportsLead education and training for clinical staff on IT systems
Qualifications
BSN required5+ years of acute care clinical nursing experience preferredPrevious experience with Cerner or other clinical information systemsActive RN license in good standing with the State of ArkansasBLS through the American Heart Association is required
