Informatics Nurse

The Informatics Nurse is responsible for the utilization of clinical information systems consistent with the goals and objectives of clinical and strategic initiatives within clinical practice. Serves as a liaison between clinicians and Information Systems. The Informatics Nurse will play a crucial role in using clinical information systems to support the goals and objectives of our healthcare practice.

Schedule:

Full-time | 80 hours per two weeks Day shift | 8-hour | 8am-5pm | Monday -Friday | Evenings and weekends require with go-live implementations Hybrid position with onsite work in the St. Cloud and surrounding areas

Pay and Benefits: 

$82,804 or more annually, pay determined by experience Full time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available 

Qualifications: 

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in State of Minnesota required.  Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master's degree in nursing and or informatics preferred. 4 years of clinical, operational, or related experience required. Experience in ambulatory nursing required. Prefer experience in nursing in multiple care settings. Strong understanding of clinical information systems, data management, project management, excellent communication/presentation skills, and a commitment to patient safety and quality care. Nursing Informatics Certification issued by the American Nursing Credentialing Center within 3 years preferred. Epic system application specific proficiency required within one year of hire.
