No Duties and Responsibilities Monitors the access and egress of students, faculty, staff, and visitors to campus facilities. Registers residence hall visitors in the security system when necessary Responds to individuals requiring assistance in a friendly, professional manner Performs related duties as assigned. Minimum Education and/or Work Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one year of customer service experience strongly desired. Qualifications Some college preferred Demonstrated history of dependability and punctuality at work. Demonstrated service orientation. Flexibility in work schedule, and ability to multitask. Able to respond to supervision in a positive manner is a must. Bi-Lingual a plus (Spanish). Certificates/Credentials/Licenses N/A Computer Skills MINIMAL KEYBOARDING AND ABILITY TO WORK WITH DEPARTMENT SOFTWARE.
