We are a team of technical content creators, documenting Ericsson network software. We cooperate with software developers and technical experts to collect information, and create content to assist the users in installation, setup, and maintenance of their networks. As we happen to work in the IT world, we are always ready to take on new challenges and write about the technologies of tomorrow.
What you will do:
· Get to know the product, to create simple and interesting technical content for the web
· Review and manage quality of content to meet the customer needs
· Evaluate and improve the content based on usability feedback from customers and testers
· Engage and cooperate with software developers and technical writers across the organization
· Explore and implement the user perspective when creating content
· Master or Bachelor of Science in English philology or in IT related field, or equivalent formal education
· English language proficiency (verbal and written) communication skills
· Ability to look at complex technical concepts and create understandable content for the customer
· Experience in documenting software related tasks, concepts and working with developers
· Experience in writing user-oriented content using Markdown or XML
· Experience in topic-based authoring, writing for web, documenting microservices/API
· Experience in content and project management systems such as Git, Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, and the like
· Time and work management skills (organizing review meetings, inquiring about technical input)
· Teamwork skills (task and project planning, workload sharing, virtual team collaboration)
· Analytical and problem-solving mindset

· Knowledge of UX, ontology, taxonomy
