Meet Panasonic Meet the Recruiter: Tanya Aharonov Explore Panasonic Careers Panasonic Video Our Mission: Create Technologies That Move Us Responsibilities As an Information Analyst, your primary responsibility is to protect the business from a wide range of physical and logical threats. This role will be accountable for PENA IT and OT Security including cybersecurity innovative strategy and stable operations for a 24/7 manufacturing company. This role will work in collaboration with Panasonic functional teams, and 3rd party providers to deliver services and support the organization. This role will lead both proactive and defensive actions to protect, detect, and respond in partnership with other security, privacy, incident, and crisis teams across the regional enterprise. Essential Duties: Develop, implement, and manage an information security program aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Optimize operations, ensure strict adherence to security protocols, and execute effective security strategies for Panasonic. Oversee ISMS platform for ISO27001, SOC 2 and regional compliance. Identify and assess information security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Manage security incidents, investigate security breaches, and provide post-incident analysis and reports. Develop and maintain security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies. Coordinate training and awareness programs to educate employees on information security best practices. Collaborate with other departments to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations. Evaluate and recommend new security technologies, products, and services to enhance the organization's security posture. Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and consultants to ensure compliance with security requirements. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements: To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees, wearing PPE is a requirement for some roles at PENA and may include equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, bump cap, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator. Qualifications Qualifications: Requirements - Required and/or Preferred Education: Basic/Required: None Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity Engineering, Cybersecurity Management, Computer Science, IT Business, Technology Management or a related degree, and/or equivalent related work experience Essential Qualifications: Experience with ISO 27001 standards and compliance Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Customer-focused and business-sensitive attitude Experience working in a multicultural environment Preferred Qualifications: Possess security knowledge/expertise, previous experience as a security practitioner, systems management and administration experience, proven service management skills, and the ability to attract and retain talent in a challenging market. Proven experience and demonstrated experience in technology program management with emphasis on security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and information security. Demonstrated experience building and managing vulnerability management programs from vulnerability discovery processes to prioritization, remediation, and validation. Proven ability to make decisions and perform complex problem-solving activities under pressure. Sharp analytical abilities and the ability to make sound decisions quickly required. Understanding of SIEM ecosystem, solutions, and architecture. Understanding of EDR vendors, solutions, and architecture. Mobilize and energize large, complex cross-functional teams to drive down vulnerability risk. Understanding of security standard and regulatory compliance such as NIST, SOC2, CMMC and their differentiators across global regions. Understanding of Security Orchestration, Automation and Response concepts, and experience working with ticketing and knowledge management systems, security analytics platforms, and reporting platforms. Also, ability to translate technical findings and articulate recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
