Kforce has a client in Laurel, MD that is seeking a Mid Level Information Security Analyst. Responsibilities: * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow solutions * Design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform * Configure and customize existing ServiceNow applications, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management * Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and user interfaces to improve user experience and efficiency * Integrate ServiceNow with other business systems using APIs and web services * Create and maintain scripts to automate tasks and processes within ServiceNow * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into ServiceNow data * Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues and incidents reported by users * Provide technical support and guidance to ServiceNow users * Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other IT team members to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery
