Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Information Security Governance & Compliance Analyst in Deerfield Beach, Florida, United States. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our security and compliance initiatives through internal audits, security operations, risk management, and threat intelligence efforts. Responsibilities: • Facilitate internal audits and evidence collection to ensure compliance with industry standards such as SOC 1 and SOC 2. • Assist in managing third-party risk management audits to evaluate vendor adherence to security policies and regulations. • Participate in cyber insurance application processes by collecting and validating necessary security documentation. • Conduct analysis of simulated phishing campaign data to evaluate risk metrics and the effectiveness of security awareness. • Manage and maintain the Information Security SharePoint site to boost employee engagement and streamline access to security resources. • Participate in security operations investigations and analysis. • Monitor, review, and respond to incidents and alerts in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) environment. • Support activities related to the detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and response to potential and active threats. • Engage in proactive threat hunting initiatives to identify and mitigate security risks. • Contribute to the cyber threat intelligence lifecycle, including planning, collection, processing, analysis, dissemination, and feedback. • Prepare and publish security reports to keep managers and executives informed about emerging threats and evolving risks.
