What does a successful Information Security Professional do at Fiserv?

You will focus on delivering cryptographic key related services in a Data Custodian and Security Engineer role, working jointly with Key Managers, Business and Technology Support personnel to facilitate the secure handling of specially controlled data required for the issuance of consumer payment instruments and protection of payment data and processing systems.  

What you will do:

Serve as a cryptographic data and key custodian where you will execute orchestrated processes, maintain operational records, monitor work queues, respond to inquiries, and support requests on a day-to-day basisManage cryptographic based solutions and related equipment which includes coordination with other IT teams and vendors while utilizing organizational management systems to complete set-up, maintenance and removal tasks, and complete system and hardware configurations and upgradesConsult with a wide variety of business and technical support teams to determine cryptographic key support needsMaintain operating standards and procedures governing the management and security of cryptographic keys, and proactively assess optimization opportunities to improve the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of services performedParticipate in the evaluation of new technologies and product capabilities and adapt operating procedures to support selected solutions and servicesTravel locally and domestically up to 10% annually

What you will need to have:

2+ years working in an audit, compliance, risk management, product management and/or financial client service support role1+ years of experience developing, documenting and/or improving operational processes and detailed workflows.1+ years of experience applying a quality management or process improvement framework; or an information security or operational risk management frameworkBachelor's degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

Knowledge of managing symmetric, asymmetric cryptographic keys and/or cryptographic hardware security modulesPrior experience in financial payments industryPossess strong organizational skills and attention to detailDemonstrated experience to quickly learn new technologies and processes, train others, think critically, and contribute new ideasMaintain a flexible work schedule and periodically assist with off-hours/overnight support activities
