Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a Program Manager to assist a client of ours in the financial industry with their Information Security efforts. This person will be responsible for leading all phases of the project lifecycle, including, but not limited to project plan creation, project kickoffs and internal status meetings, handling timeline, budget, achievements and deliverables, will be working with the program team to identify risks, plan for risk response and mitigation and proactively monitor risks, issues and resolutions, etc. A few of the programs that will be supported will include Identity programs, Vulnerabilities, and cloud initiatives. This is a year long contract with likelihood for extension, and is local to Kansas City, MO. Skills and Requirements Experience as a program manager in the financial industry (asset management specifically is preferred)  Proven experience with leading programs in an Agile (Scrum) and/or SAFe framework  Experience managing and leading delivery of product development-based programs and/or strategy-based programs, and develop strategic program plans  Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS PowerPoint, MS Project and MS Visio  effectively communicating project status, risks, scope, etc. to clients and strong decision-making, facilitation skills, and drive collaboration across teams  Effective communicator (written and verbal) Cyber Security certifications  Asset management or investment experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
