Job Description

We are looking for a new member of the team who is up for the challenge of enabling innovation and empowering our company to take healthy risks. This role will perform as a key member of the team driving cybersecurity governance maturity and compliance programs in order to meet our never-ending focus on Solving for Safer. You will have the opportunity to contribute and grow by:

Bringing positive customer experience practices to cybersecurity compliance

Performing cybersecurity compliance activities to support business goals

Engaging product and enterprise teams across the company through corporate policy processes 

Updating and maintaining cybersecurity guidance documents to provide clear and actionable policies and procedures 

Engage and educate others on understanding and addressing information security risks, facilitating informed and strategic business decisions.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Willingness to read, analyze, and synthesize regulations and compliance standards 

Ability to create policies and procedures to empower MSI staff to meet the needs of our regulatory landscape

Working familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NIS2, SOC2 or other industry/regulatory standards is a plus

ISC2, ISACA, or other relevant certification (or equivalent experience) is a plus.

 

Desired requirements:

Experience related to Industry Standards in one of the following: ISO 27001/2, NIST 800-171, Cyber Essentials +, IRAP, NIS 2 (EU), German Security Concept, or similar

Experience in policy development, creation, and implementation

Technical knowledge and/ or experience in information security, cybersecurity, systems administration, architecture, cloud, or other technical domain

Experience developing training materials

Project and organizational competency
