Job Summary
This role is responsible for designing personalized solutions for projects, programs, or operational needs, customizing them to ensure alignment with customer needs and requirements through consultative approaches. The role collaborates with the team on various architectural activities, including workflow analysis and business process management, while also documenting intricate details on deployment, configuration, and end-to-end cloud governance to foster clarity in operations. The role leads moderate to high complexity projects, working towards enhancing the profession at both local and regional levels. The role also engages in the evaluation of technical implications to minimize risks and solving complex problems creatively and independently.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of professional experience, ideally at a service, consulting, or software company Deep technical knowledge with enterprise architecture, Managed Print Services, enterprise print and capture/workflow solutions, or similar technology.Preferred Certifications

Ability to lead and inspire teams, develop relationships, exercise independent judgment, and accomplish goals under pressure. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills. Creative and strategic thinker, self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-centric.
