Job Purpose or Objective(s): Administration of compute and storage systems and recommends improvements necessary to ensure operation of Choctaw Nation systems. Performing IT functions such as design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging and implementation of applications programs supporting our infrastructure business processes. May contribute to the development, testing, evaluation or design of system or infrastructure architecture used throughout the IT solution set. You will report to the Information Systems Manager.
Primary Tasks:
You will endpoint management design and administration using Dell Wyse, SCCM, Intune and other tools. Design, test, and deployment of polices and software to protect endpoints. Provide direct technical support for the planning, design, and implementation of releases, upgrades, or changes to the desktop environment. Ensure and monitor health and compliance of the desktop environment. You will support packaging applications for deployment through SCCM and Intune. Apply company procedures to resolve issues promptly. Coordinate maintenance schedule and notifications with internal IT teams. Assure system security. Perform other tasks as assigned.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or professional IT certification or 4 years related experience. Superb spoken and written communication Customer service skills Perform complex tasks. Experience managing and troubleshooting system infrastructure based on best practices. Working knowledge of SCCM and Intune experience Must be comfortable working in an accountable and maintain flexible working hours. 3 years' experience supporting important IT infrastructure.
