Job DescriptionHOW AN INFORMATION SYSTEMS INSTALLATION SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Information Systems Installation Sr Manager is responsible for installing equipment, systems, and supervises installation and assembly work done by other technicians.Independently maintains equipment, systems, and conducts testing and troubleshooting.Investigates equipment and system failures, to determine the cause and repair work required.Knowledgeable in technical equipment, IT assets and systems within the facilities, and supports the innovation of equipment, systems and controls in the facility.Troubleshoots a wide variety of hardware and software problems and interconnectivity issues.Performs a wide variety of integrity testing and interviews customers to gather information about problems.Manages employees engaged in providing information system solutions and technical support in one or more functional areas.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelors in data science, statistics, mathematics, or computer science, and minimum 5 years of hands-on IT experience
Preferred Skillset/Experience:
Experience in the deployment and maintenance of extensive global networks and systems, complemented by a thorough grasp of IC ITE services.Demonstrate proficiency in equipment, software, and systems installations; troubleshooting, customer relationship management, change management, risk management, and IT service management.Knowledgeable in ICD 503, DCID 6/3, DIA-CAP, and NIST standards to ensure robust information assurance and compliance.Proficiency in classified IT environments, terminology, Equipment Life Cycles and IT Asset Management is a key asset.Possess excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and conflict management, and critical thinking skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
