ARSIEM is looking for a highly skilled Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to provide cybersecurity expertise to ensure compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process, validate Information Assurance (IA) controls, and support Authorization to Operate (ATO) efforts for Navy-managed networks. This is a remote position with limited travel required for security validation and compliance-related engagements.. This position will support one of our Government clients in Monterey, CA.Minimum Qualifications3+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or relevant military training/qualifications.DoD 8570 IAM Level II - CAP, CISM, CASP, GLSC In-depth knowledge of NIST 800-53, DoD , and eMASS.Strong experience in POA&M development, security risk analysis, and compliance validation.Ability to analyze cybersecurity artifacts, policies, and network security documentation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to brief leadership and technical teams.Preferred QualificationsNavy Qualified Validator (NQV) certification (highly desirable).Familiarity with Navy IT networks (MEDU, DREN, SDREN, CSOC, SIPRNET).Experience with Vulnerability Assessment Tools (e.g., ACAS, HBSS, Splunk, SIEMs).Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and IAM security frameworks.$95,000 - $105,000 a yearThe ARSIEM pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other laws.
