The Ocean County Utilities Authority is seeking an Information Technology Analyst in the Information Services Department. The position is located in Bayville, NJ. Responsibilities include the installation, assembly, configuration and support of personal computers, laptops, mobile devices, servers and related computing system hardware. Additional duties include software installation/configuration, resolution of software conflicts, network/cybersecurity monitoring, cybersecurity awareness, and end-user help desk support. Candidates must possess an associate’s degree in computer science or other related discipline. Candidates that do not possess the required degree may substitute experience in the field on a year for year basis. One (1) year of experience may be substituted for thirty (30) semester hour credits. Experience with Microsoft products such as Windows, Server, Active Directory, Office, Exchange and SQL Server is preferred. Must possess good communication skills.
