Job Information

Provide internal PC support and management in the form of installing software and updates, diagnosing hardware and software problems; and repairing PCs as well as peripheral equipment.
 

Role & Responsibility High level of motivation and independence Strong background with Windows based software troubleshooting Windows 10 + and the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong Interpersonal skills Work under pressure and prioritize and manage workload Ability to complete assigned activities as well as meet milestones Ability to multi-task technical fast Job Requirement FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High School Diploma or Equivalent.  Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in MIS or Computer Science. EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED A working knowledge and understanding of client computing technologies and their inter-workings. Ability to follow written instructions  Must be knowledgeable in PC hardware and software Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong Interpersonal skills Strong Troubleshooting Skills Work under pressure and prioritize and manage workload Ability to complete assigned activities as well as meet milestones Ability to multi-task technical fast Relocation to site is required Minimum Experience:  0 >2 years
