Information Technology Endpoint Analyst
Performs a variety of duties in support of the information technology software, hardware, LAN and WAN deployed within the bank and utilized by employees including desktop, server, and cell phone support, Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Microsoft Intune. + Responds to and completes, in a timely manner, tickets submitted by bank employees to the bank’s Information Technology Helpdesk or by other communication methods. + Provides technical assistance and application support to fellow bank employees, third party technical support personnel, and others, as needed. + Configures and deploys endpoint devices, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. + Assists in maintaining software/hardware inventory of all systems. + Provides comprehensive support for desktop computers, servers, and cell phones, including setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. + Manages and executes imaging processes for desktops and servers to ensure efficient deployment and consistency across the organization. + Manages and supports the MDM platform to ensure secure and efficient deployment, management, and monitoring of mobile devices. + Utilizes Microsoft Intune for the management and protection of mobile devices and applications within the organization. + Maintains detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. + Collaborates with IT team members to ensure seamless integration and support of endpoint devices within the broader IT infrastructure. + Works with the Infrastructure staff, Application Owners, and others on special projects and/or assigned service applications as directed by management. + Maintains a current awareness of new technology, its relevance to the financial services industry and makes recommendations to management for enhancement and advancement of existing systems through a variety of sources such as school, seminars, industry certifications, professional associations and other published sources. + Utilizes formal training and experience-based knowledge of computer systems, software, and programming concepts to function as a technical resource for the company. + Conforms to General Performance Expectations as identified for all employees. Qualifications/Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in a computer/IT related field or equivalent experience preferred + Minimum 5 years’ experience in related position required + Industry certifications such as A+, MCP, MCSE/MCSA preferred + Specialized training with PC’s, servers, LAN infrastructure, hardware, and application support/installation in an enterprise network environment required + Experience with Mobile Device Management platforms including Microsoft Intune preferred + Must be able to support multiple locations as needed; Valid Driver’s License required Salary Range $22 to $34 hourly Compensation offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education and, where applicable, licenses or certifications obtained.
