Leidos is seeking a summer intern with an Information Technology background to join our team on the PACSES contract, supporting the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania customer. Leidos is responsible for maintaining the Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement System’s infrastructure and network, ensuring that the network is reliable and that users have access to the system as needed. Leidos responsibility includes IT/help desk and engineering support.
This position will be remote, but primary residence in the state of Pennsylvania is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide IT support for the PACSES customer, assisting with the maintenance of servers, workstations, printers, and network equipment.Resolve help desk tickets, supporting end-users with access issuesCollaborate with internal Leidos PACSES team on planning for PACSES office movesParticipate in the planning of upgrades and patches of OS, custom applications and software, O365Collaborate with external customers, management, subcontractors, vendors, and other engineering disciplinesComply with and execute ITSM processes and proceduresSupport the development and maintenance of documentation related to processes, checklists, and proceduresBasic Qualifications:
Enrolled in a degree program as a Information Technology (or similar) major with graduation planned in late 2025-2027GPA 3.0 or betterExperience with infrastructure and hardwareExperience with Microsoft O365Ability to pass a state-level background checkUS citizenship requiredPreferred Qualifications:

Pay Range:Pay Range $46,800.00 - $84,600.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
