This IT internship will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization's knowledge management capabilities. The intern will collaborate with various IT teams to gather, curate, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, ensuring that our internal teams have access to up-to-date information and resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Knowledge Base Content Creation: Research and gather information from subject matter experts to create new knowledge base articles on a wide range of IT topics.
Article Editing and Maintenance: Review and update existing knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency with current best practices and procedures.
Collaboration with IT Teams: Work closely with IT teams to identify knowledge gaps, gather feedback on existing content, and ensure that the knowledge base aligns with organizational needs and priorities.
Subject Matter Expert Interviews: Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather in-depth information on specific IT topics and translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable language.
Knowledge Base Organization and Categorization: Assist in organizing and categorizing knowledge base articles to facilitate efficient retrieval and navigation.
