As an Information Technology (IT) Intern, is responsible for providing support to the IT department related to supporting end users and equipment and completing tasks within IT projects. Shift Schedule: 1st shift Monday – Friday Business Hours Shift Differential: 1st shift – N/A As an Information Technology (IT) Internship, you will: + Maintain a favorable working relationship with coworkers to promote a cooperative working climate conducive to maximum productivity, efficiency and effectiveness + Communicate relevant information and concerns positively and effectively to others in timely manner + Regular and on-time attendance as required for execution of duties + Computer equipment set up, trouble shooting and maintenance + Support routine network administration duties – backups, server checks, network performance + Assist with special projects, with direction and supervision + Create and maintain technical documentation Role Qualifications as an Information Technology (IT) Internship: + Preferred candidates will have some post-secondary technical training in Information Technology fields.
